When I looked at the chairs the technician had cleaned, they still had areas that needed more cleaning. The technician did reclean them, but I should not have had to ask.
The first time I had Zerorez clean some chairs two years ago, that technician really analyzed the stains and did a great job. The last two times, I have been disappointed. I will continue to use Zerorez for my carpets, but not for furniture.
I would suggest that you do more to keep your really excellent technicians (assuming the first one didn't leave for personal reasons).

Our technician was courteous, professional, timely and did a great job with our carpet and upholstery!

The technician was fine but his equipment broke and flooded the house with the smell of diesel and gave us all a headache. It dissipated this morning so it’s ok now. The job was completed but just took a lot longer than expected. I was also disappointed that the price had gone up so significantly.

I like your carpet cleaning methods - glad you don’t use soap. The most outstanding part of your company is your technicians. Kendal did a fantastic job . He was professional, very pleasant , and took care of my house, furnishings with great care. Hats off to Kendal - he is a 10!
