Felton was the representative that came out to clean our carpet. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was expedite, and did an awesome job on bringing our carpet back to life again. Three times Zerorez has cleaned our carpet over the last several years, and will do so next time it is needed.

Service was excellent! Our technician Jacob was very good and was thorough with his work. I highly recommend Zerorez for upholstery cleaning. I was not sure if I should get scotch guard for my chairs or not but Jacob explained us what product they use and how long it will last & how it works. It made it easy for me to decide.
