The young man that did our cleaning is knologable and friendly. He did a very good job of cleaning very dirty carpeting and answered all our questiones. We are well satisfied with the results.

I had to have a second visit on pet treatment a week after the first treatment - no problem with requesting a second visit - I am still waiting to see if it did the trick or not as it has only been 9 days.
