He went above and beyond his "call of duty" when he took the time to answer the million questions my 4 year old had for him, and when he then let him "help" him for a couple minutes. very polite and respectful of us and our belongings.

The first time you were out, it didn't turn out as well as we'd thought & there were differnet levels of clean on one carpet. He came out again & noticed what we had too. He did it again & it is so very clean. He said the head must not have been working the first time. Very courteous. I will recommend to others.
