We love that you use empowered water that you heat and bring on site,, instead of connecting to our hose and using cold water as other companies do. Also, the pet deoderizer was fantastic! Carpet looks clean and fresh.

The service was good. The technician(Kyle) did a fine job. The carpets look great. The fresh look and smell is great also. I would just comment that care should be taken with the footwear the technician(a agressive tread) did leave some marks on our hardwood floors. The marks did buff out.

I was very happy with the scheduling, the reminder calls, and the product was outstanding. I appreciated the service technician. He was so clean cut and friendly. Great working with the public. The ONLY thing that would hurt my 100% satisfaction and recommending zerorez was the cost. It was so much more expensive than other professional carpet systems. I chose to spend the money in this way because of pet problems. I am very satisfied with the results. But could not afford to do all that I wanted to clean.
