Technician was very personable and professional. Arrived at specified time and completed the cleaning in record time. I have used ZeroRez before with good results; however I have not used them for several years due to difficulty scheduling at an out of town location. The whole process was done in an efficient and timely manner. Our service tech, Aaron, was very courteous and helpful, and answered our questions very professionally. The solution used had a pleasant odor and the odor disappeared when the carpet was dry. The carpet was dry in 4-6 hours and it feels and looks great!
