Initially after my service, I called with some questions, and my calls were not returned. I then sent in an email, and was contacted about my concerns. Based on my questions, they came back and redid the areas that I had concern about. Once they found out that I wasn't getting my calls retiurned, they acted quickly to make sure I was taken care of.
