Both the young men were very friendly and polite. They explained exactly how they were going to clean the carpets and the prices again to make sure that we both understood what we were getting for the money. They did two rooms, the hall, and stairs in about an hour and left everything clean and neat. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.
Quick, efficient and no harsh chemicals.
Service people were courteous and fast. The carpet wasn't overly "soaked", so it dried fairly quickly. The smell was strong, but not as unpleasant as other carpet cleaners and it went away overnight.
