Pre treatment seems to be good first step to dirt removal. The technician was very through and left us with great looking. Story job. Very knowledgeable . . Would ask for him specifically.

The young man that cleaned the carpets did a very thorough job. He was kind, knowledgeable and precise. The results of the cleaning were great. The carpet feels new! Thank you.

Always on time, no weird odors or residue after the work is done. The technicians take the time to explain all options and pricing. I don't even price shop Zerorez because I wouldn't be happy with anybody's work at this point.

I as happy with the job that was done, There was one area that the stain came back in the little bedroom. I am not sure whether it could be removed.
