Works on pet odors

Chris did an absolutely fabulous job of transforming the carpet in 3 rooms in our lower level that had very rough wear over the past 2 1/2 years into areas that are so nicely cleaned I'll need to repaint the walls so they'll not be "outshined" by the carpet. Also like knowing when the technician will arrive and his knowedge of products & services best suited to the cleaning needed. Chris was very thorough and patient in explaining options. Rate him an 11 on 1-10 scale.

After we had our carpet cleaned which they did a wonderful job, we got a botlel of spot remover and spray. We did not half to use it for a few months. Well when our dog had a accident I got the botles out and sprayed the carpet and oh my gosh the spot was gone and no Oder.

Professional, prompt, and you do good work

Jalen, the technician, was very thorough in explaining the carpet cleaning procedure prior to starting. I appreciate that paper shoe covers are used when entering our home but one suggestion I would like to make is that they should be removed or changed when going outside and re-entering the home.

The fact that soap is not used. He got out some very big stains in my laundry room and living room. The technician was very nice and on time.

The Zerorez service rep was very nice, did a great job, quick and efficient and we liked the results.
