I was able to get an appointment within a few days from when I called...bonus!! I had a great experience; Matt Carr was friendly and trustworthy, he arrived on time and called when he was on his way as expected, he showed me how he can identify the pet spots he would be treating with black light,explained everything really well before he started and checked in with me while he was cleaning, then made sure I knew how to take care of my clean carpet, future spots, and when I should call next year for another appointment before he left. Definitely will schedule again and recommend to others.

We are very pleased with our experience with Zerorez. From the cost to the service. Thank you for taking your time to get us ready for the holidays, and helping a clean freak feel neat again. The procedure was explained, so I knew how much care was taken. We have an elderly dog who had some accidents plus heavy traffic from kids and family visits, so our carpets were very bad. Now, they feel so clean, and smell fresh. Zerorez rocks, and I will always use them in the future.
