I am so impressed with this company. Their customer service is like no other, from the office staff to the kind professional who cleaned my carpet. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I had them shampoo three rooms of carpet because of a cat who urinated on it due to advanced kidney disease. I was not satisfied after the first time. They came back a second to do a pad extraction. Howard explained the whole process, was very kind and didn't act like I was a bother because he had to come back again. If I ever need carpet cleaning done again Zerorez will get my call.
I really appreciated the expertise and knowledge of the technician. While it cost a little more than I anticipated, the additional treatments give me peace of mind for a clean and antiseptic carpet. I am not currently living in the residence and am anxious to return and see how the carpet looks after it's dried and set for a few days.
The technician was going to leave me some pet stain remover and I think a deodorizer(?) we both forgot about it. Is it possible to still get that?
