Excellent work, cautious of protecting surroundings, complete clean-up, thorough explanations, and very honest, kind and courteous representatives - both for carpet and vent cleaning.

Only down side is I can't get 1 room of carpet cleaned without paying for three.

Its pet and child friendly. Very quickly done and wasnt super wet when done.

He was great and very good with communication! My only frustration was that a large spot in the living room had resurfaced by the time I got home. I didn't notice it in the after pictures. Seemed like it was just wet at first, but that was not the case in the morning.
