I wish I had done this years ago. The process was quick and easy. Our tech was great. He was friendly and described the process well before he started. He even let us see how much dust he pulled out. It is no wonder my sinuses were always plugged. I can definitely tell the difference in air quality since having the ducts cleaned.

I was extremely happy with Bill who came and cleaned my carpets. Super nice and very efficient.

I tell all of my tenants to use Zerorez to clean the carpets per their rental agreement. When the tenants don't, I call Zerorez. Zerorez has brought back carpets I thought ruined by stains and dirt.

My carpets looked great but wish they would get their prices right. Told me when I scheduled it was $129 for 3 rooms & $120 to have pet remover for 3 rooms and then we added $40 for something else but when the guy came told me the pet remover was $180 for 3 rooms

Robbie just does the best and most thorough job of cleaning our carpets. He did our house three years ago and I was lucky enough to get him again.

Very polite, engaging, but wastes no time in getting to his task.

The carpets look just wonderful and he got out stains I didn't think he could. He warned me that he probably couldn't, but managed to do it.

They did an awesome job! Our place was a rental and had lots of stains in it and it almost looks brand new! He called me on his way to our place and once he was finished he followed up with a phone call and pictures of how it looked. We were very happy with Zerorez!
