We have used ZeroRez several times. They consistently provide outstanding customer service and do a beautiful job cleaning the carpet. When asked if they can do an extra service, like a single upholstered piece, it’s always a yes. No excuses. Augie was our technician this time around. He was efficient , with a ready smile.

We are impressed with how clean and fresh smelling our home is since having the carpets cleaned. A family member actually stopped by the other day and commented about how clean and fresh it smelled in our home and the carpet cleaning is the only thing that had changed in the house.

I like the good communication we have with Zerorez. I appreciated the quick response to an email I had sent. Also the ease of scheduling online. We were very pleased with the results, and Zach was courteous and easy to work with.
