Chemical free, didn't affect my breathing at all. No coughing or eyes wattering. Didn't harm my tropical birds. Carpet looks great and is soft again. Very pleased. They also cleaned a white floral couch that the dogs had rubbed against. I was amazed how much better it looks. Will use again.

That you are willing to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned before you sign off on a job. My carpet stain wicked back up the next day as it dried, and your staff came back and scrubbed it by hand, and then with equipment to really get rid of the stain! And it was at the end of a long day. He was cheerful and willing to make sure we were happy with the job.
