Carpet was cleaned well and didn't feel like there was any residue left to collect dirt when done. Microfiber chair looks great after cleaning and still soft, not stiff.

Zerorez was able to get us an appointment the next day when plastic carpet covering left a sticky residue on our carpet. Jacob was super nice and helpful and listened to all our concerns. He was very professional and gave us recommendations for future carpet care. We are very grateful and impressed with the service. We’ll be using zerorez again!
