It was a great experience overall! I booked my appointment online and it was very easy. I got text confirmations and emails to ensure that still worked. Prior to the cleaning, I got a text in how I can prepare my rooms for the cleaning. And the day of I got a call 30 minutes before they were arriving. Howard was our representative and he was so nice and wonderful to work with! It was a very reasonable price for our whole upstairs level to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Zerorez for all of your carpet cleaning! We will absolutely be calling again.

The carpets look great. Our technician was thorough and timely. I had to leave before the cleaning was finished. The technician sent me a text with a link so I could pay online. I observed our technician cleaning through a security camera. He was careful and working to remove spots, and even cleaned the front door mat and carefully closed and locked the door, as I requested, even though he did not know I was able to see his work. I appreciate the good work and integrity.

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that needs carpet cleaning done. Matt cleaned all

the carpets in the house. The carpet in the living room was very dirty from people walking

in with their shoes on in all kinds of weather. He worked very hard to get that room clean

and he succeeded. There were spots in other rooms that we didn't think would come out

and he got them out. I will use Zerorez again.
