I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use soap or chemicals. I've used it for more than 5 years & I just cannot make myself think of any place else to clean my carpets.I am always completely satisfied.

The carpets look great. There is no smell. Not even a detergent smell.

Had a great experience with recent carpet and upholstery cleaning. Technician was great at explaining everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I love that the cleaning processes do not include solvent or harmful chemicals and do not soak your carpet like many DIY processes.

Our carpet appeared very clean after the individual was done cleaning. We felt this was better results than we had had with other companies. This individual was knowledgeable and friendly.
