The personnel were very friendly, courteous and informed about their services and products. We received a cleaning date and the young fellow that was assigned to our home arrived in a timely manner and after explaining their methods and product , he got to work very quickly.

Very thorough cleaning service. Had to clean carpets after the previous owner had pets in the house and was pleased to see the carpet looking and smelling fresh. Fast drying time is also a big upside to using Zerorez.

Morino was so professional! He explained the process, answered my questions amd was very quick! carpet was barely damp so it didnt take long to dry but we waited for the recommended 24 hours to move furniture back. there was 2 chairs and 2 couches that i couldn'tove on my own and instead of just going around, he moved them then placed form under the feet. went above and beyond! i would like to request him for our next cleaning.
