JT showed me the P&P from the cat the tenants weren't supposed to have. It was SHOCKING! He recommended the bio treatment. It was quite dirty, but I'm surprised how clean it is now! Great job!

Jon was very easy to communicate with. He kept me updated on his progress and worked through the day, no breaks that I could see. :-)

I was delighted to see pictures of the event as I've never had vents cleaned before. We'll be booking our carpet cleaning soon and hope to get Jon again.

The technician was very polite. The carpet (which was old and stained when we moved into the house) looks significantly better. We probably will replace it in 6 months. I had company coming this weekend and decided to spend the 100 bucks to make it look reasonably presentable. I was able to book a quick appointment.
