My technician, Johnathon was wonderful to work with. He had to troubleshoot issues with cleaning my unique tile because notes from the previous technician weren't available, but he was determined to figure it out and see it though to a wonder clean!

Johnathon even went the extra step of stopping at the place that sold me the tile to confer with them.

Honestly, your customer service rep, Robbie, is truly what is selling your product. A large part of our day to day lives is based on transactions; however, I feel that the skill of delivering quality customer service is fading rapidly in our society. Robbie was chipper, helpful, thorough, kind, and professional. He was patient with my hearing impairment and communicated each step thoroughly. When there was a price change, he wanted to ensure both my husband and I were on board with the increase. When the face of your company is in the hands of your technicians, it’s imperative to hire quality people to match the quality of product you’re wanting to deliver. This was a great example of what that looks like. My carpets look great and my house smells fresh. This was a must for my annual spring cleaning.
