Your management should rest easy when sending John out, because in every way he handles himself perfectly ! This was about the third time I have used Zerorez and I will continue using you exclusively. I'm glad you have expanded the services you offer. As I plan on using some of those too in the near future. Whenever the topic of cleaning carpets comes up, I always promote Zerorez. The tech guy was superb. He told me everything he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. I saw no judgement in his face as he went in to all of our rooms and saw the wasteland that is my children's room and bathroom. He was patient with my dogs and I assume he did a good job. He showed me pics but it's one of those home maintenance things you can't really see.

Robby did an excellent job. I liked the corner protectors he used and that he wore booties to protect my floors.

He was very knowledgeable about his work and carpet/cleaning. He also made sure we were completely satisfied with the job he did before he left.
