The service to clean my area rug was very easy to schedule. I had a dog urine stain on a white rug that I could not spot clean. Augustine was prompt, called when he was on his way and totally got rid of the stain. He was very thoughtful in cleaning our rug outside to avoid any damage our wood floor. Afterwards he carried the rug to our back deck to hang and decrease the time to dry. Excellent service!.
