As for the product, everything looks great, and and I was told if the pet odor was not resolved, I had a 30 day guarantee and should let them know right away so they could return and continue to work on the problem area, for me. At this point in time, I'm pleased - time will tell and the next 30 days will determine my final review.

Adam was amazing. I couldn't believe how thorough he was. He even got on his hands and knees to check out the troublesome areas from our cats with peeing issues. He gave me a couple of recommendations and quotes and helped me decide on the best carpet treatment for my situation. He cleaned the carpets, and they looked great. There was still one spot that had a little smell still, and he sprayed it again. He didn't leave until I was happy with the final product.

We love Zerorex hot steam cleaning process. Our carpet has never had the shampoo build up that make carpets dull. Adam, did a wonderful job on areas that needed to be worked on. Carpet looked great and would definitely request for Adam again. He's very personable and professional in measuring and explained the areas that needed to be worked on.
