Angel, the technician, was great. Seemed to really care about doing a good job. I had gotten one room of carpeting and two area rugs done. The carpet was noticeably clean. Very happy about that. Couldn't really tell if the two rugs looked any different.

Products are great for cleaning traffic areas as well as chair upholstery. The service person, Mike, was very courteous and did a great job.

The associate arrived right on time. He explained everything he was going to do. He looked at all our floors and told us what to expect. The work was done fast and efficiently. Our carpets are clean and refreshed.

We had ordered a bottle of the stain remover, but he said the company was currently out of it. We hope to hear from them when it's available so we can have it on hand.
