I love the fact that there are no shampoos used. I'm so impressed with the look of the carpet when the technician leaves. The time before this I was disappointed in the results with the stain reappearing before the technician even left the house but I realized it was a large stain. When the technician arrived yesterday I pointed out the stain and asked him to do whatever to get the stain just to lighten up if he could. I am thrilled to say that the stain is completely invisible today. I also added a room to the job once he got here and he was very happy to add the extra room, no questions asked. That room had never been cleaned and he did an amazing job. We are in the middle of remodeling and I just wanted to see if the carpet was worth saving. Happily it looks fabulous! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have always liked the results of your cleaning services in the past. But this time, I had to ask for a return visit because of a few spots that I felt could be better. Aaron willingly returned, did not argue about the places I was dissatisfied with, and did a great job touching them up. He maintained his professional and positive attitude throughout, and made sure I approved of his work as he went along.
Because your company does not use chemicals, I feel that the carpet is "cleaner" as well as safer for my grandchildren to play on, and I feel that the "clean" lasts longer because there is no "soap" left on the carpet to attract dirt in the future.

Vance did an exceptionally good job. He handled himself as a professional representative of your company, and was quick and efficient at the same time. My carpets have never looked cleaner. I will defiantly ask for Vance to return for my next cleaning.

I like the softness of my carpet after cleaning, the great clean I get...no stains. The men who serviced me both times were prompt, cordial, and professional.

The tech, John, was prompt and courteous. He thoroughly checked the areas to be cleaned for any additional issues that I might not have been aware of. He also explained exactly how the process worked and what steps he would be taking while cleaning the carpets. John was personally professional in his appearance and service. He also did a professional job. I would absolutely recommend and use Zerorez again in the future.
