The service technician, David Valdez, was friendly and did a thorough job cleaning all the carpets in my home. Because of the poor reception in my area, he talked over the job with me and then began before an actual estimate was view-able. At completion I paid the bill and after he left I brought up the invoice on my computer and learned that the cost of stairs I'd been quoted on the phone was incorrect. I'd been told it was $10 per step but as I reviewed the bill I learned it was $5 per step. Due to the price, I had decided to omit one set of stairs that gets less use. I would have included them if I'd known ahead that the correct cost was half what I'd been told. I'm disappointed that one set of stairs did not get cleaned while the rest of the house is clean and fresh. Mr. Valdez was unaware that I'd been told the wrong price per stair and was not responsible for the mistake. Other than that I was very satisfied with ZeroRez.
Our carpet looks brand new again. Our service techinician Lou was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We will definitely be having you back to clean in the next year and we will also request our same service tech. Thanks zero rez!

Angel at Zerorez was very professional and informative while cleaning my carpets. This was the 2nd time using them and they have surpassed my expectations both times. I called to set up a cleaning and they booked me the following day which was way faster than I was expecting. Rich was a delight to work with. He took the time to show me exactly how the Zerorez system works and the different additives that you use for various cleaning problems including the one made with the orange peels. He worked his butt off to do a grteat job and make sure that we were satisfied. My wife has had a stroke and rich cleaned the spare bedroom first so that we could move her over there.
Our carpet has been down for approx 35 years and is still in fairly good condition. I'm confident that with the hard work and extra care that Rich did we can get a few more years out of it.
