Every time there is confusion on the service I have booked. Again this time I booked from your email, 3 areas cleaned and protected for $200. I printed the email. When the tec got here he said Iwas scheduled for 5 areas, no guard. I even verified with the lady who called with the reminder what I had ordered. This has happened 3 times. Why? We sorted it out, but your email did not say only 2 areas were with scotch guard. I feel I need to have back-up proof for my service. Hope you can work on this hiccup you have. Otherwise all was great. Name removed

I am coming from a background in the carpet cleaning business having owned one for over 10 years. We decided to use Zerorez due to the cleaning methodology. While we know your process and procedures speak for themselves as it pertains to cleaning, it was our technician who really made the difference. Taking it a step further and not requiring that final rinse due to product being left behind was the final straw in our decision, and I will tell you, we could not be happier.

Our technician went above and beyond to explain the process, map out the areas we were having cleaned and going further in those areas to work on any stains or discolorations. He took the time before and after to explain the whole process and to allow us to fully inspect his work. He was thorough, he was friendly, personable and above all he held your company's name, his reputation, at the highest regard. We appreciate that he completed his work fast and efficiently, but also that when he left we felt we got more value for our money then we ever have.

Zach was customer focused and went beyond my expectations. We've used Zero Res for several years every 90 to 120 due to our inability to train our dachshunds to go outside. the Zero Rez process is the best we've found. Highly recommend.

You listened to what my cleaning needs were. You followed up with a confirmation phone call a couple of days prior to the service date, asking if I had any questions or concerns. Taylor called 30 minutes before arrival. When he arrived, he assessed the stains that I needed addressed and explained exactly how he would attack the problem. He was professional and thorough-not to mention that my carpet looks amazing. I highly recommend this company and will ask for Taylor the next time I need my carpets professionally cleaned!!

We were scheduled for an estimate for upholstery cleaning and the technician that came for that stayed and performed the services.The technician was very good at explaining everything and also showed us the progression while he was cleaning the furniture. We have off-white linen furniture with a lot of pet stains and he did an excellent job getting the stains out.
