Sam was on time and did an awesome job cleaning our 4 carpeted areas. We have a problem though, with the process: the pet stains came out but the dark traffic stains were back as soon as the carpet dried -- we did not walk on the carpeting until 24 hours later and are very disappointed. What can we do about this????

You do just as good of a job as any other cleaners we've had come in but not as expensive. I feel I have been ripped off by multiple companies just adding things on when it doesn't improve the outcome but I felt I received the same if not better quality service without killing me financially. I use a service about once a year and will definitely use you again. Thank you!
