Service persons take time to get it right--don't rush or do "halfway" job, professional but friendly, on time, make adjustments without a hassle when adjustments need to be made. Also like that Zero Rez is not in my face continually with ads, "deals," promotions, commercials, phony sales, marketing gimmicks, etc.--all of which I absolutely detest!

My service yesterday was a re-do to see if there was anything that could be done or if the carpet was simply too old. Technician and scheduler were most kind and accommodating . I got an invoice for "0" , but felt compelled to at least pay something... for the service. This company came to me as a recommendation, and I've used you 2-3 other times... Thank you...

What I like about zerorez is that you clean with only water and leave no cleaning products in the carpet.
