I like the hot water feature and leaving no soapy residue. The first time I had it done the bubbles filled up your tank - goes to show you how much soap was left behind from my previous way of shampooing. I do wish it was not $180 for the urine pet treatment - that seems crazy high and probably prevents most people from doing that - otherwise I love the results.

Everything! But more specifically, I requested to be the first appointment during the 8am-10am window and the gentlemen arrived promptly at 8am. They listened to my concerns and suggested treatments that would be effective, then hopped to it and were swift but through! They were also very friendly, professional, and hard-working. They went the extra mile and my carpets look like new again! I honestly can't sing enough praise and I'll be a Zerorez customer for life!! :) :)

Very happy with the service. Zack, the service tech was neat, clean and courteous. We feel he was above and beyond a regular employee. We highly recommend him for what ever rewards you give your employees. We would like him to come out when we have two more rooms done.
