You do a great job cleaning and bringing carpet back to life. I feel 100% confident that my carpets are as clean as they can be. I hope in the future you will do a better job of honoring the approximate window of time that the technician is expected to arrive. 90 minutes after the window of time is a bit frustrating and makes the customer feel as though their time is not valued.
