I love how my carpets look and smell after they have been cleaned with the Zerorez shampoo. I have my own carpet shampooer now, and have never used any other cleaner since you cleaned my carpets many years ago. I never have to worry about my cat walking on the carpet after using the shampoo, and it also works great as a spot cleaner. I feel the company and employees are very honest and straight forward. I always rely on Zerorez first, they are my go to company. for carpet cleaning. In most cases they are able to come out quickly and get the job done asap. In one case they were very busy but they picked up the rug I needed cleaning before company came to visit. They have always exceeded my expectations.

Carpet is dry very quickly, affordable price, a phone call when the tech is on his way and a tech will return if you need a spot redone.
