the service people are very polite and very efficient--and knowledgeable. I like how fast the carpets dry and the fact that there is no chemical residue. Other companies I have used leave so much residual in the carpet that the carpet practically crunches when you walk on it. Thanks for a second get experience.

My tech was fantastic! We did not plan to spend so much, but when we saw the results, we added rooms! We are very happy!
We did have one large blackish stain, from where I had used a rug shampoo, but did not know to dilute it before use, so it left soap residue. My tech said this is the toughest stain to get out! It looked like it all came out, but when it dried, it is still there. I am wondering how to contact my tech to hit it again?
