On time and professional. I really like the follow up before the appointment and easy and helpful communication from the first initial call, all the way through. Quick and also thorough cleaning. Took out all of the stains! I wish I remember the tech's name - but he was very enthusiastic, helpful and communicative about what he could do. When he found out that my large area rug could not be cleaned without taking it to the facility, he offered to clean some other smaller area rugs that were really stained and dirty and did a great job!
