You get the carpet very clean, even the high traffic areas. Your people are very courteous and efficient, especially Brian. In fact, I was surprised when another truck showed up and Steve helped Brian to get the job done faster. It was all done in an hour and a half, downstairs and upstairs. I do have one question. The previous time that I had the carpets cleaned there was a very pleasant clean smell in the air afterwards but not this time. Did you change your formula or do you deodorize as an extra feature? Plus I had the swamp cooler on so maybe it just blew the clean smell away.

Not sure if my previous comments actually sent. So may be repeating.
Carpet looks nice although it wasn't that bad to start with as we don't wear shoes in the house.
Service person called before he arrived and came within the service time window. He was very nice also.
Was a little disappointed that he didn't move more furniture than he did. Were told over the phone that 5-7 pieces of 100 pound or less furniture would be moved. However only 3 pieces were moved (very light dining room table, couch and chair-also light that we had already moved away from the wall ourselves). We thought he would have moved the nightstands in the bedrooms, but he didn't.
Also disappointed that we have to touch-up a few baseboards that paint was scratched off of.
Overall feels nice knowing the carpet is clean and refreshed.

Our carpet technician was very thorough and worked hard to get dirt and pet stains out of our carpet. Although there were some pet stains that just didn't come out, the high traffic areas now look fantastic!

The service was great. The process is way better than others. Carpet dries very fast and no sticky residue. The crew was careful not to mark up walls and floors. I would also recommend their carpet stretching.

I love the courteous tech's, so very helpful and always do a great job. We have 3 Mastiff's so it is very important to me to have the carpet cleaned with products that are not harmful to them.
