Zerorez almost always has a great sale on carpet, furniture, and duct cleaning. Bill was my carpet cleaner this week, he called and informed me of his arrival time. Bill arrived on time and told me what I should expect when cleaning my carpets and how long it should take to finish the job. Because I have a dog, he informed me of how he would address the soiled spots in my carpet. When he finished my carpets looked brand new! The services were amazing. The carpet that we had cleaned was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. When the tech was finished it looked like a brand-new carpet. What we like about the products is that there is no chemicals used. Everything was so fresh smelling when it was completed. I would recommend this company for sure and use them for other rooms in our building.

Anthony was very efficient and professional, and even showed up a couple of hours early outside of my appointment window. The carpets looked and smelled great, and he was able to take care of a couple troublesome pet stains. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future for my carpet cleaning!

I like the clean carpets after Zerorez. I noticed that they are softer and stay cleaner longer after Zerorez (barring accidents!); with other cleaning services, the carpet appears to look dirty or dull not too long after cleaning and feel a little ‘crunchy’.
Your technicians, especially Jordan and Taylor, are extremely efficient and helpful with advice while they are here. They are professional, personable and very much appreciated.

The gentleman that came was on time, let me know he was coming, and did a great job. The person that scheduled the cleaning repeated the same things over and over again and really did not answer my questions.

Zerorez has been my carpet cleaner for years now. They are dependable to show up on time, respectful of my home and furniture. He explained everything he was doing and options for extra services. He estimated the time to clean almost to the minute, so he knew his stuff! He asked me to come inspect the areas before he went on to another. I have 2 older dogs that have had accidents now and then. He made sure all those areas were cleaned expertly! He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his work before he went on. I would truly rate this cleaning 5 stars!
