My Master Technician Evan was the best part. He had great communication, was professional, super knowledgeable, talked me through the process since it was my first time with Zero Rez. Told me about some of the services I might want to consider in the future, gave me after-care instructions, and did a great job. i was surprised that there wasn't tons of water left behind like I have experienced when I do rugs on my own. I will definitely not only seek out Evan again, I will tell more of my friends to use Zero Rez. For many years JEREMY from the radio show always spoke about this company.
