Service to clean our carpet was prompt because they could come in a couple days. Alex was on time and called to let us know he was on his way with approximate arrival time. He was courteous, answered my questions and was finished in less than 2 hours.

A couple of friends recommended Zerorez to us and we are glad they did. Scheduling an appointment was easy and Erm, the technician who came to our house was very courteous.
