Carlos was on time, very professional and did a great job! I’m sensitive to chemical smells. The initial spray applied did smell a little strong but after the actual cleaning process that dissipated completely. Carpets dried quickly, look great and there is no annoying perfume smell. I’m very pleased.

Overall we are happy with the results of the work that was done on April 21.
However, some areas show streaks where the vacuum went. The area looks like sun rays and we are not happy with the way it looks. Also, there were some spots or stains that we thought could have come out.
He did a great job and was nice and very knowledgeable!! What a kind guy!!
