Excellent service overall

Joey and Jarrod were excellent workers. Joey explained the whole procedure and answered all our questions. The carpet is very clean. We had the protectant put on the traffic areas and looking forward to see if it makes a difference.

The cost was cheaper than the other company I was using and we had more carpet cleaned plus the protectant.

My rug has never looked so good. I am really impressed with how you got my off white carpet so clean and fluffy. It looks brand new and it smells so spring fresh. I had a really big coffee stain that has been there for at least 4 months and so brown in color. I tried to clean it, but I made it worse.

Anyway, your technician Taylor got that stain out and I am so happy, he was outstanding and so courteous.

I had been using Chem Dry for over 10 years and they never got my carpets clean like Zerorez has done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ.

I hate cleaning new carpet, but your formula is so different that it makes them seem fresh and clean and not crunchy and soapy. However, this time I think Alexander forgot to pre-treat a large section of my carpet and so I don't think he got it clean. I didn't realize it until he left. Otherwise, he did a good job.

My carpets look great after the cleaning. The technicians are super professional and knowledgeable. While I didn't end up needing the pet treatment this time, I have had to use it in the past and it was really effective.

I was pleased that my carpet did not feel sticky after it was cleaned.
