The zero residue keeps carpets cleaner longer. The process is similar to other steam cleaning and did a good job cleaning my filthy carpet. Zach is great, letting me see the results along the way. He made several recommendations to keep the carpet looking good longer. He was very contentious and considerate. I would have Zach do my carpet again!

The technician who came to do the work called when he was on his way, was patient, answered all my questions, made suggestions and did an excellent job. I especially liked the corner pieces that kept the hoses from marring my walls.

Basically, Ben cleaned our carpets very well. Specifically, I appreciated the upfront preparation in the house and his explanation of various services we could get, such as adding protectorant to the carpet. The bumpers placed on our stairs to protect our woodwork from the hoses was a plus. Ben also showed what could be done for our floor tile grout even though we didn't go with that service. Very friendly and professional.
