The carpet was soft afterwards and didn’t take a ton of time to dry. Ben was awesome. He was able to get pet stains and ink out of our carpet. He moved some of our items off the carpet to get as much cleaned as possible.

Service was prompt. The technicians were flexible. I had to get a thicker carpet pad and they kept working while I ran the errand. Feedback on maintenance of the carpet was useful. Job site was left clean and orderly.
