He worked a long day at our house. It was several large rooms and he worked non-stop. You were on time (I was given a 1-3pm arrival time and they came right at 1pm). The carpet was cleaned with all stains removed and is now as soft as when it was new.

Over the years, every time we have developed a very dirty area in our carpet for whatever reason, Zerorez has been able to make it look new again! This last time was no exception. The technician, Cody, was very courteous, went right to work, and did an excellent job. I am afraid to try another company!
