Our carpet technician was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Zerorez's services and technics. He offered to come earlier since he finished last job earlier than expected. This worked better with our schedule anyway so we asked him to show up early and he did. He also finished the job promptly and left no mess behind. We will definitely be using Zerorez again.

ZeroRez does a great job with our carpets. Pet stains come out (and don't return), the carpet is not crunchy afterward, and they do not over-saturate when they clean. We have also had them clean two hand-woven wool rugs, and they do so expertly.
