This is my 4th time to use this company for carpet cleaning. So easy to make an appointment online with phone and email follow up by Zerorez to confirm. Kenton called first to confirm arrival time and then proceeded to explain the cleaning process and extra options. It was a snowy day and he took the appropriate steps to keep the other floors dry while he cleaned the carpets. The carpet looked great when he was finished and was nearly dry in 4 hours with no sticky or stiff residue. Yes, I would recommend and yes I will call them for my next carpet cleaning job.

THE technician was very nice and thorough. Great Job. He did the stretching and cleaning. Came out looking better than new. No wrinkle and more.

The produce does not leave your carpet with residue like soap does. Rug texture is soft and fluffy.
