The ability to receive an estimate on the total cost of the cleaning during scheduling an appointment is very valuable. The staff listening to what you would like completed and looking for the best possible deal is also helpful in determining what you may or may not decide to have completed. The personnel who carry out the cleaning go over every area you have requested, are very thorough in their job as well as keeping you informed of their progress and any areas of concern. Upon completion, they go back over all areas with you. Additionally, the cleaning which is performed leaves very little water or residue upon completion and in my case, is usually completely dry to the touch within about two hours.

I loved how your team showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, did the work, and left my home cleaner than before. Your carpet technicians (Ricky and associate) totally made my day!

We like the thorough and chemical-free carpet cleaning. Usually, if it is not possible to completely remove a stain, it is pointed out to us, along with the cause. Ricky didn't do this, but offered other helpful information and explanations.

Regarding the carpet stretching. We are happy with most of it, but there is still a bulge in front
of the fireplace. We wonder if that can be taken care of before we put our furniture back.
