Punctual, friendly, informative, rug dried quickly

Environmentally friendly to the customer and to the earth. Doesn't wet carpet deep down so my carpet stays clean for over a year! Gets out tough stains other carpet cleaning companies can't. When they say it takes 2-4 hours to dry, they tell the truth. My carpet was dry this past October 26th at 9p.m. after tech finished at 5 p.m. We had our ceiling fans on and a box fan for the stairs. Area rugs were perfect even around the borders. I don't have wool rugs. Keegan was very careful and he used booties inside the house. They have all the water contained in the van; no hook ups necessary. Carpet solution smells like oranges. I'll tell all my friends and neighbors. Their prices are reasonable too. Under $400 for 2 large area rugs 8x11, flight of 14 stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms.

First time using Zerorez, I have to say I was very pleased with the overall service I received. I liked how easy it was to schedule service, then I received a call from my tech Zodaq alerting me when he would be arriving. He was very polite and professional, answering all questions I had and explaining the ingredients used in the cleaning process. My carpet looks great and feels great! The only thing I didn’t like was the cost quoted on cleaning an area rug I had, almost $300, which I thought was too high. However, everything else was cleaned and Zodaq did a great job at all problem areas I had. We eliminated some services and Zodaq went through the revised invoice at the end before I paid to make sure I was satisfied with the revision. I would recommend and use Zerorez again! Thank you for a job well done!
