Great communication throughout, from the time the appointment was booked to when it was finished. I loved being able to book the appointment online. I wasn't able to be home for the appointment, but had a family member there in my place. The technicians who performed the work called me after their walk through to tell me what to expect for cleaning and the total amount I owed. I really liked that they kept me in the loop. They did an awesome job, I was shocked how many stains they got out, our carpet looked really dirty before, and hardly showed anything afterwards!

Zerorez cleaned my carpets thoroughly and all the staff I interacted with were polite, timely and knowledgeable. Prices are in line with other name brand carpet cleaners but no chemicals used with zerorez. My family and I use them routinely would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.

Nate was right on time. Professional and friendly, we reviewed the work that I wanted him to do.

He started working and in a few hours it was done. Asked if I wanted to take a look to see if there was anything I wanted him to address, there wasn't. My sister in SLCity, at my recommendation, uses Zerorez and she has told others. I, too, recommend you. I like that the carpets and upholstery are pretty much dry in a few hours and no icky chemicals are used.

This is the 4th or 5th time using Zerorez. The carpets always turn out great and dry fast. The technicians are always attentive to details. However, this last one did not place protective corners on the baseboard corners to protect them from the large blue hoses and did not provide a pair of shoe covers for me like former technicians. I still will only use Zerorez in the future.
