The technician was good at letting me know when he would come. He was very thorough, asking me if there were problems I needed him to attend to. He did not think the truck was doing the best job and called to have another brought out. Even though I had had you clean before, I forgot how quiet it is. The carpets are very old but really looked good after they were done. I will definitely recommend you to my friends. I'm sorry I can't remember the tech's name. He was good to work with.

Zerorez technicians are always very professional and friendly! They always care about doing a good job! However, pricing is frustrating. I had my carpets cleaned this past Saturday. Yes, the weather was crappy, but the tech made it and did a good job. (YEA!!) What is frustrating to me, is two of the bedrooms are mere walkways between beds/walls and the two areas hardly equal one room, but I was still charged for two full rooms. I have been a long time customer and hoped for some consideration on the areas, but when I placed the reservation with an explanation and on Saturday as well the consideration was not given. Other than that, I do feel Zerorez is reliable, friendly and professional.

No soap

It was quite snowy the day we were scheduled, but Beau came anyway and did a fabulous job. We had a couple of problems areas on our living room carpet, and he removed the spots completely, and you can't tell they were there. He was courteous, professional, and amazingly efficient.
