I am very pleased with services from zero Rez. Phil was our technician. He was very prompt and did an excellent job explainingthe process of what he was going to do. I had a lot of dog pee stains in my carpet and Phil gave me a few options to go with on removing the stains and took me through each room to explain and see where the most work was needed. I will go through zero Rez again as I have used your services before. I will probably request Phil as well. Thanks so much!

Carpets left no "crunchy" texture nor residue behind. Staff member cleaning our carpets was very knowledgeable about your process and products as well as professional and efficient.

This is my third cleaning with ZEROREZ in Denver. Each time I have been very pleased with the results. My carpets were not soaked as with some other cleaning companies. Michael was very professional, fast, efficient and explained what he was going to do. The spots in one of the rooms are completely gone. In a previous cleaning spots from our dog were completely gone and the smell gone too. I recommend this product.
